About Our Service

Filial is a Medicare advisory service that helps individuals and families understand and compare Medicare plan options. Filial operates as a subagency of Gene Song Insurance Center LLC. Our licensed agents are appointed with multiple insurance carriers.

Not a Government Entity

Filial is not a government agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any other federal or state government agency.

Informational Purpose

The information provided on this Site, including plan details, eligibility information, and cost estimates, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of coverage. Plan availability, benefits, and costs may vary by location and are subject to change.

Medicare Plan Information

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 14 organizations which offer Medicare Advantage, D-SNP, and Prescription Drug Plans in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227, TTY: 711), or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

Enrollment

Enrollment in a Medicare plan requires a completed application and, in most cases, a signed Scope of Appointment (SOA) form. Completing our intake form does not enroll you in any plan. Enrollment in any Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal.

Consent to Contact

By providing your contact information through our intake form, you consent to being contacted by a licensed insurance agent regarding Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans. Sales-related calls may be recorded as required by CMS regulations.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep plan information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information on this Site. Always verify plan details directly with the insurance carrier or Medicare.gov before making enrollment decisions.

Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Filial and Gene Song Insurance Center LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information provided herein.
